You represent and warrant that you are a foreign visitor or traveler, that you are at least 18 years of age, and that your use is lawful in your circumstances. If you do not agree, you must not use this website or our services. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at our sole discretion, without explanation.

1. Introduction and Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and CafeTal777 and govern your access to and use of our website, applications, and all related services (collectively, the “Services”). By creating an account, placing a bet, or otherwise using the Services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms. We may require proof of age and status at any time at our sole discretion; failure to provide it to our satisfaction may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds, without notice or liability. Eligibility is determined by us; our decision is final.

3. Account and Use

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when registering and must notify us promptly of any unauthorized use. One account per person; we may close multiple or linked accounts and forfeit balances at our sole discretion, without liability. We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate any account at any time, for any reason we deem appropriate—including breach of these terms, suspected fraud, abuse, or for no stated reason—without prior notice and without any liability to you. We have no obligation to give reasons for account actions.

4. Betting Procedures

All bets are subject to these terms and to the specific rules displayed for each market at the time of placement. Once a bet is confirmed by our system, it is final and cannot be cancelled by you unless the market rules expressly permit it. We reserve the right to void, cancel, or settle any bet in the event of error, fraud, manipulation, technical failure, or where we deem it necessary for the integrity of the platform or compliance with law—with or without notice. Odds and markets may change at any time without notice. It is your sole responsibility to ensure you understand the rules of each bet before placing it. We do not accept any responsibility for misunderstanding of rules, display errors, or latency. Settlement is determined exclusively by our official result sources; our decision is final, binding, and not subject to appeal.

5. Property Rights

All content on the CafeTal777 platform—including text, graphics, logos, images, software, design, and the “CafeTal777” name and branding—is the property of CafeTal777 or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent. Unauthorized use may result in immediate account termination, forfeiture of funds, and legal action. We reserve all rights not expressly granted.

6. Promotions and Bonuses

Promotions, bonuses, and offers are subject to their specific terms as published (and as we may amend at any time). We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without notice or liability. Bonus abuse—including but not limited to multiple accounts, arbitrage, or any activity we deem to be in bad faith or contrary to the spirit of the offer—may result in forfeiture of the bonus and all associated winnings, and account closure. We are the sole arbiter of bonus eligibility, abuse, and interpretation of promotion terms; our decision is final.

7. Liability and Disclaimer

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law in the Republic of Mali and any other jurisdiction: (a) the Services are provided “as is” and “as available” with no warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement; (b) CafeTal777 and its operators, affiliates, suppliers, and related parties shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages arising from your use or inability to use the Services—including loss of funds, data, profits, or any other loss—whether in contract, tort, or otherwise; (c) we do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure operation; (d) you use the Services entirely at your own risk; and (e) in no event shall we have any liability to you whatsoever, and to the extent any liability is found despite this clause, it shall not exceed the amount you have paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or one hundred (100) units of the relevant currency, whichever is less. You expressly waive any right to sue or make claims against us. You agree that you will not sue CafeTal777 for any reason—including losses, disputes, errors, or dissatisfaction—and that this waiver is a fundamental part of the agreement. Nothing in these terms shall be construed to create any duty of care toward you beyond what is expressly stated.

8. Prohibited Conduct

You may not use the platform for any illegal purpose, to circumvent our systems, to harm other users, or to engage in fraud, money laundering, collusion, or any activity we deem harmful or abusive. You may not use automated systems, bots, or scrapers without our written permission. We reserve the right to report any activity to relevant authorities. Violation may result in immediate account closure, forfeiture of funds, and referral to law enforcement—without prior notice and without liability to you. We have no obligation to warn you before taking action.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless CafeTal777 and its operators, affiliates, officers, agents, and suppliers from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from or related to your use of the Services, your breach of these terms, your violation of any law, or any claim that your use caused harm to a third party. This obligation survives termination of your account and these terms. You waive any right to seek contribution or reimbursement from us in connection with any such claim.

10. Class Action and Jury Trial Waiver

You agree to resolve any dispute with CafeTal777 on an individual basis only. You waive any right to participate in a class action, class-wide arbitration, or any other representative or collective proceeding. You waive any right to a jury trial. Any dispute shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of the Republic of Mali, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts and waive any objection to venue. You agree that any remedy available to you shall be limited to the extent permitted by these terms.

11. No Representation as to Legality

CafeTal777 makes no representation or warranty that the Services are legal in your location or under the laws that apply to you. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use is lawful. By using the Services you represent that you have made that determination and that your use does not violate any applicable law. We accept no responsibility for your compliance with local laws.

12. General

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Mali. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mali. If any provision is held invalid, the remainder remains in full force. Our failure to enforce any right does not waive that right. You may not assign your rights under this agreement.
